I like the Quote. What now?
If you like the quote, simply e-mail back an authorization to start, along with all the text needed for the project. We must have the actual words you would like printed on the piece. This can be supplied in the email or as an attached Word Document, provided you embed NO graphic images. Text only. If you don't have the copy in a digital format, you can mail them or we can arrange pickup.
I have a logo/picture I want you to use. How can I get it to you?
If you would like to supply photos or graphics (such as your corporate logo), you can e-mail the file, request an FTP account, or send a CD through US Mail. Information is under “Contact Us.”Before you send your files, here are some guidelines to consider:
Photos: at least 300dpi (or taken at the highest setting your camera allows) Web graphics are often too low resolution (72dpi) to use effectively.
Graphics: Vector EPS created in Illustrator or other vector program.
Graphics not supplied as above may have to be recreated at additional cost. You will be contacted prior to any work starting if this is the case.
Do you need a deposit? How do I pay?
First time customer requires a 50 dollar deposit, with full payment required prior to high resolution files being forwarded to you or the printer of your choice. Corporate customers can apply for 30 day billing. We take check, money order, and PayPal (subject to a convenience fee). Returned checks subject to a fee of $30 per incident.
